OUR POLICIES

Tattoo Policies:

 

1.You must be 18 years of age with a valid I.D. to receive a tattoo, no exceptions!

2: We accept cash only and do in-person consultations to be able to schedule a tattoo appointment.  Each artist does consultations by appointment only, so please reach out to them to schedule.​

​

3: The amount of the deposit will be determined by your artist, up to half of the cost of the tattoo, and is required to secure your tattoo appointment. No drawings will be created without a deposit. Any ideas post-consultation must be expressed at least 7 days prior to the appointment, as drawings are worked on the week of and sent out (up to) the night before the appointment. Once tattoo designs are sent out, any drastic changes are subject to a $50 redraw fee and rescheduling of your tattoo appointment. Our tattoo artists reserve the right to refuse extreme changes or repeated changes to the original tattoo design.  Deposits are non-refundable in any circumstance.

4: No call no shows, rescheduling an appointment more than twice, or rescheduling within 24 hours of your tattoo appointment will forfeit your deposit.  

 

5: No children under 12 are allowed in the studio during consultations, and nobody under the age of 16 is allowed in the tattoo procedure area.  We have a limit of one guest-per-client during tattoo and piercing procedures to keep our environment comfortable, and to limit distractions.

 

6: Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, artist specific, and expire after 6 months.

7: One free touch-up session is included with every tattoo, if necessary, if proper aftercare instructions are followed, and must be claimed within 1 year of receiving the tattoo.

8: Our tattoo artists reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Piercing Policies

 

1: All deposits made are non-refundable, and all prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

2: Our piercers reserve the right to refuse the performance of piercing for a client at any time and any reason, including, but not limited to: comprisable health conditions, medications, no prior food consumption, incorrect anatomy, inability to comprehend or perform piercing aftercare, inability to sit still, no valid ID, etc.

3: Our piercers are not liable for any jewelry that becomes lost or broken after a client leaves the studio, and will not be exchanged nor refunded.

​

4: Our piercers are not liable for any issues or complications caused by client error including, but not limited to: the miscommunication of health conditions or inability to use correct aftercare procedure, and piercings will not be refunded.

 

5: Our piercers will not pierce with hoops/rings in piercings that do not require them, and will not pierce with client-brought jewelry if not communicated and accepted by the piercer prior to the appointment.

 

6: All Jewelry changes, and removals (including necessary downsizing) will be charged at $5 each

7: Children under the age of 13 may not receive any piercing other than on the earlobes, and a legal parent/guardian must schedule an in-person consultation with Myah and the child before the piercing appointment. Myah requires a minimum deposit of $20 to book a child under 13

8: No Wisconsin piercing laws can or will be made an exception, and valid identification must be provided in order for the piercing procedure to take place.

9: Our piercers reserve the right to charge a client for the price of setup/materials if the piercing procedure process has been initiated, but stopped on the client’s behalf.

​

10: Our piercers reserve the right to keep the deposit of, as well as blacklist or require future deposits, for any client who no-call-no-shows on their piercing appointment; to avoid this, any cancellation or reschedule must be communicated via email at least an hour before the appointment time.

​

11: All custom jewelry orders must be paid in full before the order can be placed.
